Navigating ticket refunds for events can be a headache, but we are here to help!
If you purchased your ticket with CASH in our Box Office:
1. If the event is OFFICIALLY CANCELLED and it has been announced by the artist/event management team, refunds will be available as soon as we are cleared to access those funds.*
2. If the event has been POSTPONED with no official new date, we cannot issue a refund until a NEW DATE has been announced. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced and you are unable to attend said new date, or the event is outright CANCELLED, refunds will be issued.
If you purchased your tickets via Ticketmaster Online:
1. If the event is officially CANCELLED, your refund will be processed automatically**.
2. If the event has been POSTPONED with no official new date, refunds won’t be issued until a NEW DATE has been announced. If you are unable to attend the new scheduled date, contact Ticketmaster to request a refund. As soon as a rescheduled date is announced or the event is outright CANCELLED, refunds will be able to be processed.
*At this time, we are not yet able to process CASH REFUNDS but we are doing our best to work out the kinks and streamline that giant beast of a process. Every event has A LOT lot of moving parts so we super appreciate your patience and understanding as we trudge through this unprecedented situation.
